Mom inspired Evan to pursue art

Q: How long have you been creating art?
A: I have been creating art since I was 4 years old,
Q: What inspired you to create art?
A: My mom, as she’s always loved creating paintings of nature.
Q: How does creating art make you feel?
A: It allows me to express my creativity and emotions or a portrait while also helping me relieve stress.
Q: Who are your favorite artists? Why?
A: Bryan Lee O’Malley because his art style is similar to cartoons and games I used to play when younger.
Q: When it comes to art, what is your preferred tool?
A : Sharpies and markers because they are smooth to draw with and help me truly visualize my art.
Q: Did you learn how to draw? Or did you just always know how?
A: I learned from my mom, since she’d always help me color and draw when I was younger.
Q: What would you say is your general skill range?
A: I think my drawing is around the average skill range.
Q: Is there anything you have trouble with in the world of art
A: I often have trouble repeating or being consistent with designs.
Life inspires Fatema’s work
Junior Fatema Arpa shares her views on art.
Q: What inspired you to create art?
A: My life.
Q: Are there any artists from the past or today who inspire you?
A: Vincent van Gogh. I really like the colors.
Q: When it comes to art, what is your preferred tool?
A: Color pencils, you can create a lot of things from your imagination.
Q: Did you learn how to draw? Or did you just always know how?
A: I didn’t learn; I just always knew.
Q: What would you say is your general skill range?
A: I would say my general skill range is sketching.
Q: Is there anything you have trouble with in the world of art
A: Water colors. It’s hard to play with the colors, getting the right shade.
Q: Are you considering pursuing art as a career or would you continue it as a hobby?
A: No, I’m not that serious about art to pursue a career in art. I prefer doing it just as a hobby
