Senior Isa Meredith, December’s artist of the month, shares his views on art.
Q: How long have you been creating art?
A: For as long as I can remember.
Q: How do you plan on improving your art even more in the future?
A: I will try out new techniques and study faces to draw even better I can than now.
Q: When it comes to art what is your preferred tool?
A: I use a pencil because I can erase my mistakes.
Q: How did you learn to draw?
A: I learnt to draw by studying human anatomy.
Q: What would you say is your general skill range?
A: I would say I am pretty good for my age.
Q: Is there anything you have trouble with in the world of art?
A: I try to draw everyday but there are some days where I am burnt out from drawing.
Q: Do you have any advice for beginner artists?
A: Don’t care about what others think. Art is a way to express yourself; just focus on getting better than before.
