Bronx River is focused on ensuring student attendance milestones, As an award for students who reached 90 percent or above attendance, the school has created an invitation-only skating party.  Hosted by the same company that ran the Silent Disco in the fall, the event  for good attendance will be on Feb. 14 in the school cafeteria.

Hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, drinks and other treats will be served at the event.   Compared to the Silent Disco, the DJ will have more available requests this time around.

For students who are worried about their skating abilities, skating teachers and safety rails will be available. Although it’s a skate party you are not required to skate. The party runs from 4 to 6 p.m.
