Another year with a new group of seniors and like always, there’s a time when we have to say goodbye. Freshman, sophomore and juniors cheered for the seniors as they marched gracefully around Bronx River High on Decision Day, proudly holding their college choices in the air. Most of these seniors will be going to colleges in York City with Hunter College proving the top choice with nine seniors headed there. Coop Tech, Bronx Community College, Hostos Community College, City College, John Jay College and BMCC also proved popular with seniors.
Other post-secondary choices include the U.S Navy, John Jay College, Baruch College, Buffalo State, Fordham University, Iona College, SUNY at Albany, York College and Monroe College.
From 9th grade to 12th grade, all of these seniors have worked so hard to accomplish their goals to become someone in this world. This includes Regents, SAT’s, quizzes, exams and more. Now, we will see them for the final days as they take their next step on their journey.
