Jhonluis Feliz, the school’s artist of the month, shares his views on art.

Q: How long have you been creating art?

A: I have been creating art for like five to six years.

Q: How does creating art make you feel? Explain?

A: I create art for fun and to get my mind off other stuff. Art makes me feel carefree.

Q: When it comes to art, what is your preferred tool?

A. I like using pencil and blending tools and I like to use neutral colors.

Q: Did you learn to draw or already knew how to draw?

A: I already know how to draw since I have been drawing for more than six years.

Q: What would you say is your general skill range?

A: I would say 7/10 because I always can improve my skill in art.

Q: Is there anything you have trouble with in the world of art?

A: I find it hard to create realistic art and I want to be better at this.

Q: What is something you see other artists do that you dislike?

A: I dislike when they add colors that don’t go with each other.

Q: Do you consider pursuing art as a career or just a hobby?

A: I do art just for fun so I would leave it as a hobby.

Q: What piece of art that you have done that you like the most? Why?

A: I linked the silhouette painting( shadow picture) because it comes out neat and clean.

Q: What is your favorite type of art style? Why?

A: I like to draw what comes in my mind at that moment and I like to draw all kinds of art.

Q: What does your drawing mean to you? To others?

A: I want others to take their time for art and create art that is neat and fresh.
